Patrick Carney is a highly skilled process change agent and an innovator with more than twenty years’ experience as a consultant in the Defense and Government professional services contracting industry. He has extensive experience in leadership positions with large international firms, Fortune 500 companies, small business companies, and start-up companies. He founded and currently operates a management consultant business specializing in the professional services consulting industry working with both commercial and government customers. During his career, he has operated in multiple roles ranging from individual team member, customer area team lead, subcontractor team lead, Prime Contract Project Manager for multiple contracts and task orders, and as a corporate executive evaluating contract and portfolio performance and reporting. These broad ranging roles provided extensive experience in financial and activity reporting from multiple prospective as the Prime contractor project manager from small Delivery Orders and teams to large complex contracts and teams delivering services in multiple functional areas. This experience includes translating and using performance data to support customer performance assessments, CPARS evaluations, Award fee justifications and developing proposals and corporate marketing materials. Patrick is a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Blackbelt and has executed process definition and improvement initiatives for commercial and government organizations to define and implement processes and information system solutions to improve business operations and reporting requirements. His creative and innovative solution for professional services contract project management, performance management and reporting which led to the founding of Productivity Wave, Inc.
