In addition to project management and managing the vendor relationships, collaborate with the business to define requirements, assist with testing and collaborate on the roadmap. Responsible for a cross-functional team representing IT and business partners in a collaborative development effort in excess of $9 million between Oracle and Supervalu to build an enterprise solution to allow vendor partners to introduce new items, promotional deals and cost changes to the enterprise. Project Manager for a team responsible for defining and implementing enhancements to an existing application to support retail promotions during the transition period from using legacy applications to a new ERP solution. Provided subject matter expertise in regards to vendor cost and deals, stock ledger and gross profit reporting and data migration during conference room pilot sessions that defined a new merchandising enterprise solution.
