I am now living my dream working for myself as a Dog Trainer and personal coach to help people have the wonderful lives they want with their dogs by helping them be the best and successful in understanding them, playing and games and most importantly force free modern science based methods. I am a successful change manager, supply chain consultant, project manager, line manager, interim manager, consultant, bid writer, fundraiser both tender and face to face, coach and mentor, with a track record of achieving measurable success with rapid and sustainable improvement in performance. After a successful career with ICL, Exel Logistics and AT Kearney, I founded my own business in 2000 and I have since been successfully supporting local businesses with an extensive network of professionals and services which can help ANY business problem you may have.I gained direct line management experience in the traditional route within a blue chip manufacturing company in the areas of supply chain and logistics. This knowledge has been applied successfully in a consultancy role across many industries driving through change and results improvement. I have continued to undertake, consultancy, coaching and interim roles since starting my own business and increased my skills with training, NLP, mentoring and increased bid writing and tendering for both social enterprises and business. Whilst they were in place I was an accredited Business Link provider and Manufacturing Advisory Service Lead Consultant. I have developed a considerable network and continue to do so.All of this is about people and achieving change through people and I have continued to learn and enhance my skills investing in Coaching, Mentoring and NLP qualifications.I have always loved dogs and increasing I am investing in my skills in studying dog behaviour and using my NLP and people skills in helping people using dogs.
