With a wealth of experience as an Executive Coach and Team Coach, my passion lies in guiding senior leaders and their teams on a path of transformation and success. I am a Certified Professional Coach, Certified in Conversational Intelligence®️ and have completed Positive Intelligence Mastery. My career has had a strong focus on helping clients reveal their “stories” in order to challenge, edit and recreate them (the stories) so that they support who they are becoming personally and professionally. As a coach Certified in Conversational Intelligence® I work with leaders and their teams to establish high levels of trust. Together we develop WE-centric behaviours that serve to shift teams into Level III Conversational Rituals that trigger growth and innovation and elevate accountability and performance results. I work with current and emerging leaders to develop their SKILLS and capacity so that, together with their teams, they create a progressive, responsive, inclusive and energetic high trust culture. I help my clients increase their effectiveness by developing "self" and "other" awareness around each team member's diverse strengths and communication needs. The result of this work is engaged Leaders and Teams who understand, value and leverage each other's diverse styles and strengths and set and accomplish stretch goals, both professionally and personally. They go from good to GREAT!!!I also coach individuals going through personal and professional challenges that have them "stuck". I help them tap into their inner resources to step up and make choices that are aligned with who they are and what they truly want from life. The result is an increase in self esteem, an "I can do it" attitude and an action orientation that results in personal and professional success.
