About Caroline Black

In my more than 25-year tenure at the Pollock-Krasner Foundation, I have overseen the Foundation’s robust grant program, managing more than $65 million in awards for visual artists and arts organizations internationally in my capacity as Program Officer, Program Director, and now Executive Director. A connecting thread in my work with PKF and various board engagements is my commitment to supporting artists and their work, whether through extending PKF’s grant program to encompass funding for organizations that directly engage with artists or serving on the Board of Directors for the New York Foundation for the Arts and other posts.
