I have a unique insight and an extraordinarily strong background in the aged care industry having worked my way up from a Customer Service Representative to Business Support Manager over the course of 15 years. I pride myself on my attention to detail, my communication skills and my ability to see the bigger picture whilst making strategic decisions. My previous positions have given me the opportunity to develop my skills working with people from diverse backgrounds across various states of operation, something that I enjoy.
