I was responsible for working with all types of guest services encounters, including returns and other account issues. This position taught me skills regarding confrontation, problem-solving, and managing highly tense situations. I was able to connect with customers from various backgrounds, and understand how best to address their needs.

I was responsible for managing the accounts of new and existing clients. I monitored activities on the accounts, including payments and meeting deadlines. Additionally, I was responsible for signing on new clients. This position taught me skills regarding timeliness, problem solving, and leadership.
