As well as overseeing 3 other smaller venues and mentoring the on-site co-ordinators. Day to day my team and I source and prepare for the smooth running and profitability of bookings from point of enquiry to delivery.

Leading a team of 6 co-ordinators, I drove top line sales across the estate I continually Identified opportunities to work with other businesses and searched for alternative ways to utilise empty space at quiet times. Instrumental in the success of key trading times.

After successfully achieving during a maternity cover I was offered a permanent position at one of the Honourable Inns of Court. I oversaw an average of 50 meetings and events a month and hosted marquee parties of up 1,000 guests. I successfully launched their social-media account.
