• Recruitment role aiding the Recruitment Manager to recruit students within a 100-country region.• Conduct 121’s with prospects to determine eligibility along with answer programme and admissions questions.• Attend Recruitment Events solo when required- Dublin, Liverpool, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff and London to date. • Produce statistical reports monthly analysing regional recruitment patterns. This data is therefore used in turn to create targeted Marketing Campaigns.• Conduct campus tours when required.

• Responsible for looking after Henley Business School’s scholarship budget of £1.6 Million.• Review and collate scholarship applications.• Liaise with Academics and Programme Directors to decide whether students have been successful in gaining funding.• Work closely with Finance and Admissions to make sure budget and student records are up to date.• Updating the University website.• Creation of reports documenting how many scholarships have been issues, how much money has been spend and what the uptake was.

• Customer focused role within the Marketing and Recruitment team assisting recruitment for both postgraduate and MBA programmes.• Responsibilities include dealing with international programme enquiries by phone and email in a professional manner ensuring that a high level of customer service is delivered. Ensuring that all enquiries are logged and updated accurately on the university’s CRM system, as well as pre-screening candidates through the handling of confidential information such as CV’s.• Using various computer programmes to both update the university website as well as plan travel logistics for the broader team.• Organise and run recruitment events for the University: MBA Preview Day’s, UG Open Days, and Regatta.• Create and manage social media posts- Targeted campaigns using Sprout to promote the Business School and competitions such as Women in Leadership and the Henley Challenge.
