Leveraged technical cleaning expertise of a company with over 20 years’ experience cleaning data centres into cleaning other critical environments found in the pharmaceutical, medical device, electronics and other high tech industries. Created and presented full day training programs for sales and cleanroom cleaning teams in Sydney and Melbourne. Visited customers with sales representatives to discuss product applications and conduct technical reviews. Developed business plan based on market segmentation to target new business opportunities and to rationalise product importation and minimise inventory costs.

Increased overall business 15% to record levels by conducting customer audits, technical seminars and product training, working closely with end users, Texwipe international sales management, distributors and suppliers throughout Asia and Europe.

Administered $1.5 million outside vendor budget; authored all product literature and a 316-page catalog that has become the industry benchmark. Led multidisciplinary teams to develop new and customer-specific products such as DNA synthesis reagents and alternative chemical packaging. Grew export business by establishing several new international distribution channels and providing strategic guidance/technical support worldwide.
