Management and coordination of marketing activities (promotion, place, product), development and consolidation of the US greenhouse distribution network with a sales growth of 50% the first year and 30% the second year, set up of a measuring system for ROMI.

Coordination of promotional activities for the Greenhouse and MegaDome divisions, creation and execution of the first branding strategy of the company for the MegaDome division, within a North American context.
