Responsible for managing the department's data and transforming it into information, statistically analyzing the financial bases to identify patterns and trends, using tools such as R and SQL programming, Power Query and Power BI to generate dashboards.I also worked on the company's long-term financial planning and quotes for exportation projects, often dealing with internal and external customers internationally, as well as assisting my colleagues in possible process improvements by bringing automation solutions to perform activities more efficiently.

Worked on quotations for new projects and modifications of current projects, gathering information from various departments for consolidation and elaboration of the cost and price to the internal and external customer, always verifying the opportunities for cost reductions and ensuring the profitability of the projects.I was also responsible for optimization and continuous improvement projects to help the team to carry out activities in a more practical, fast and efficient way using tools such as RPA, Power Query and others, therefore reducing the time of operational activities that do not add value, in addition to work on reports to control the department's internal metrics.

Worked on supplier nomination processes, identification of cost reduction opportunities, readjustments and cost breakdowns analysis as well as management of some commodities. I was also responsible for quotations for new projects and their modifications, as well as the elaboration and management of KPIs as an Advanced Buyer, helping the department to reduce the average quotation response time to internal customers from 20 to 5 days.On a personal level, I acquired more agility and proactivity in solving problems, seeking to optimize processes and procedures, in addition to a high level of communication and interaction with professionals from other departments.

I was responsible for issuing orders, contractual changes, carrying out new quotations for productive materials, among others. It was also my responsibility to organize and control the weekly sourcing committee meetings, as well as helping buyers and managers in various types of analyses.
