As Workplace lead in an embedded role for the Kimberly Clark Account as Global Workplace Lead I worked with the CBRE UK & USA team on Kimberly Clark's world wide office portfolio. My role has been broad and has included developing the Workplace strategy from client vision, design and project support, and stakeholder engagement. My approach is evidence-based and focuses on wellbeing and performance to shape workplaces which support corporate objectives, enable staff and shape company culture.

Adhoc projects for corporate organizations in the healthcare and financial sectors have included gathering and defining client requirements for UK Head quarters, workplace strategy and occupancy planning in trials to reduce office footprint European wide.

Modular Construction Consultancy Role as Design and Project Manager for Stonebathwear UK, specialist in offsite bathroom pods. I successfully managed the delivery of the PCSA package for 'One Nine Elms' project in London. The scope included design, technical package RIBA stage 4 and full size mock-ups. Design and management including research into the workplace post COVID 19, utilization and benchmarking.

My role at CCD design consultancy proved to be very topical and inspiring, using an evidence based approach which focused on activities, detailed requirements and buildings. Responsibilities included leading the workplace team, client liaison, mentoring staff, strategy and planning, design lead and project management. Projects included workplaces and training centres for a variety of clients internationally.

The architectural and engineering practice undertook a wide variety of work and was expanding at a fast pace, this presented many opportunities for involvement in the development of the business as well as in different types of projects ranging from workplaces for international corporate clients to leisure and residential projects. As Associate Interior Designer my role include client management, all stages of design and implementation, mentoring staff and developing the ID offer.Projects included new offices for Vodafone, the Innovation Centre for Microsoft, Investment centres, a press conference facility and executive offices for Bank of Valletta, offices for Alert Deloitte.

Worked with Aukett Garretti associates over a number of years ,incl. 1995-1997, in full time capacity and as a consultant, leading projects including the Spa extension for Harbour Club Milan and Motta Duomo for Autogrill.UK Country manager for www.e-interiors.net, 2002- 2009
