• 20+ years of program/project management experience.• 10 years personnel management – first and second level management, both US and internationally based.• Multi-phased product release management – manage, schedule and track product releases across multiple team members from engineering through executive staff.• Issue and risk management – proactive identification of critical issues, plan resolution creation, and execution.• Project leadership and management – identify properly scoped requirements ensuring the on-time delivery of schedule, milestones, dependencies and resources while effectively managing the relevant risks. • Global management – managed both direct report program managers, as well as cross functional team; including engineering, quality control, configuration management, documentation, customer success, product management, sales, pre-sales, and marketing.• Product module integration planning and management – critical planning and management of all product modules to ensure final product quality. • Strong collaboration, project planning skills.• Strong, independent leader, who is a self-motivated and proven team player in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent judgement, decision making skills and the ability to work under continual deadline pressure.• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
