In my role as Office Manager, I oversee everything from the front office, to the daily maintenance of our office equipment, ordering supplies, and other duties to make sure the office runs smoothly. Over the last past 15 years, I have processed and handled all payroll and all payroll related items for approximately 400 employees within the division of our company. Payroll is processed on a bi-weekly basis for currently over 350 employees. My responsibilities include but not limited to filing taxes, garnishments, verifications, etc. As the benefits administrator, I handle all insurance benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability. Explaining the benefits is a big part of my duties, making sure employees understand the coverage, when they are eligible, help complete forms. etc.
