In my current position, I expanded my knowledge of MS Dynamics 365, working at all stages of the project lifecycle. From calls with potential clients discussing requirements and building a proof of concept solution, through to continued support once a project had been completed. The main areas in which I developed my skills are: • Creating a solutiono Setting up an environment, tables, views, model-driven apps, entity relationshipso Some experience in the Azure environment• Customizing a solutiono Business process flows, business rules, cloud flows, JS web resources, function appso User roles and security profileso Some experience with SSRS and SSIS• Customer engagemento Keeping in contact with client on updates to project work using emails and DevOpso Discussing ongoing requirements and changes to the proposed solution over the course of the projecto Some experience using costing spreadsheets for project estimates• Problem solvingo Time on support helpdesk leading to confidence in examining a new and novel solutiono Working as part of a team to identify and fix larger scale problemso Using external tools where needed such as LevelUp and XRM Toolbox Overall, I feel I have developed a well-rounded set of skills, focusing mostly on the development and configuration side of Dynamics 365. My experience still mostly lies in the Sales environment, however I am also very comfortable creating custom functionality with a sufficiently robust project brief. I am very comfortable creating Cloud Flows for complex automation tasks, using and customizing BPFs, and working within both existing environment and creating new ones.
