No two schools are the same, but they are ALL defined by heart and hard work.Specializing in website redesign, school communications, and admissions marketing campaigns, I guide schools through the strategic planning AND tactical execution of numerous projects to help the teams achieve their unique goals in the way that is tailored specifically for each of them. Based on the needs and priorities of each school, I work alongside teams to revamp their school-to-home communications, write copy and design landing pages for social media ad campaigns, and build email drip campaigns that nurture families at various stages of the admissions process.Website redesign projects include site mapping, competitor reviews, extensive content planning, and weekly calls as we work through design rounds and build out the school’s online presence. During a pivotal time in the dynamic world of private education (including navigating a pandemic), I was proud to serve this all-boys Jesuit high school where I overhauled internal communications, built the resource board platform on the Blackbaud intranet to support current families, and managed the school’s website using Finalsite Composer—including a redesign that resulted in a Silver Davey website award.In addition to smoothly transitioning our schoolwide emails to the Finalsite Messages platform (with average open rates around 70%), I worked closely with the admissions team to nurture prospective families where I redesigned web pages, executed inbound marketing campaigns, created automated workflows and email drip campaigns, and designed social media ads and print materials. Serving students on multiple retreats (including Kairos) and filling in as a short-term substitute teacher were especially rewarding opportunities.
