* Supervise a team of diverse individuals managing operations, marketing & recruitment efforts for Online initiatives. * Responsibilities include budget management and evaluation, enrollment analysis and projections as well as support other non-traditional programs. * Provide support for global relationships and build partnerships to serve non-traditional audiences. * Provide forward momentum through unified coordination of developmental planning and implementation for educational programs offered through Taylor Online. * Work with faculty, departments, and the administration to determine potential program feasibility, provide internal & external market research, and develop implementation strategies for potential new non-traditional partnerships and programs. * Facilitate the Taylor University Leadership Academy designed to foster an attitude of servant leadership across the institution covering topics such as team building, communication, diverse perspectives, conflict management & a deeper understanding of how each position impacts the mission of the University.

Coordinate & direct the LWC personal/professional/community development program in its entirety. I believe when we grow, attract and retain servant leaders in our community, who care about and invest in something greater than themselves, new ideas are born, business improves and community satisfaction increases.
