- Work with 170+ EDGE participants as a career advisor to understand their interests and align logistics of upcoming rotation- Connect with business leaders to identify future rotation opportunities- Track and maintain records of EDGE participants- Plan and facilitate Quarterly Trainings- Plan, facilitate and coordinate all aspects of our in-person Annual Training Summit including aligning speakers and engaging support team members, communicating logistics and expectations to EDGE professionals, and tracking budget- Keep HR Partner’s, Department Heads and Supervisors of EDGE professionals closely aligned and engaged with the Program- Manage recruitment strategy to promote the EDGE program to candidates and interns

- Engage all available resources to make sure the onboarding process is organized and successful for 150+ interns and 140+ new college graduate hires, rehires, transfers etc.- Additional tasks outside of onboarding include (but are not limited to) internship program planning, recruitment strategy, posting jobs, conducting New Professional Orientation, increasing requisition applicants by sending out targeted Handshake campaigns, planning student organization announcements at NSBE, oSTEM, SWE and SHPE chapters across the nation, analyzing Fall/Spring recruitment data to ensure efforts are being maximized, co-led and fully implementing our first-ever BV Campus Leader program, owning the Marketing and Social Media Strategy for our Summer Intern Program, etc.

Extended my summer internship to work virtually for Black & Veatch while I attend my last year at Kansas State. Some of my key responsibilities included:- Planning lunch & learns, site tours, job shadows, volunteer events, final presentations and exit interviews for 176 interns throughout the United States - Assisting with on-site interviews and interview debriefs for potential interns and full-time employees- Posting jobs on the Black & Veatch website- Increasing my skills with large Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Handshake and Talent Gateway

- Administered campus visits for prospective students and their families, gave campus tours while marketing K-State in a positive light. - Scheduled campus tours, academic appointments, and admissions meetings for prospective students and their families while adapting to new situations quickly and efficiently.- Conducted approximately 25 tours of the campus per semester.

- Planned and implemented sponsorship initiatives with campus and community entities. - Coordinated and directed program meals daily for approximately 200 participants.- Assisted and accommodated participants with dietary needs during the program.

- Supervised three groups of 20 students as a team with my co-counselor. - Served as a mentor to ease the students' transition to college. - Marketed K-State in the most positive light possible, showing the students all of the opportunities that the university has to offer.- Contributed to summer orientation and enrollment programming for over 4,000 incoming students
