I manage the operations helpdesk team ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of technical issues, providing guidance and training to helpdesk staff. Additionally I am a Systems Administrator where I oversee the daily operations of IT infrastructure, which includes server management, network administration, and user support. Previously I have served as an Information Systems Technician (IT) in the United States Navy for 8 years. During this period I was responsible for managing and maintaining critical communication and information systems of joint military networks. My duties included configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software, implementing cybersecurity measures, and providing technical support to military personnel.My combined military and civilian experience has equipped me with a robust skill set in IT management, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
