Served as the main point of contact for vendors providing on-site catering across three locations. Utilized an internal database to assign rooms and coordinate change requests for 1,500 summer game participants and their families. Organized and created marketing materials for three events and improved the state website with updated information and resources.

Oversaw the work of five lifeguards on duty ensuring established timelines and work rotations were met. Ensured the pool was a safe environment through daily checks of pool facilities and equipment. Interacted with and mediated issues with patrons of the pool and taught swim lessons to children and adults.
