In order to further my career, I opted to quit my previous job and start working as an international business manager at this company which enabled me to deal with clients from around the world in a more direct way. During my tenure, I was mainly in charge of the following:• Responsible for breaking into a new market with our metal display rack and successfully developed quite a few premium clients in the USA, Such as Rural King Supply, PepsiCo Inc.• Maintaining all the regular clients and proving them with the best service as ever and keeping them satisfied as usual. • Entertaining all the new and regular clients that come from far and near in our factory and showing them our capabilities and value.• Taking part in the global trade fair in the hope of establishing a long-lasting business relationship with potential clients. 50% of my clients were developed via the show. • Attaching great importance to all the client's complaint and trying to solve it with our source and expertise.• Going on a business trip to visit all our regular clients overseas and trying to get closer to their concern and provide some after-sales service.• Always keeping myself updated on all of my clients' needs and requirement and also keep them up to date with our insight into their industry.

At that time my job description was as below:• Responsible for issuing and checking all the shipping documents for our clients.• Entertaining new and regular clients from around the world that visit our factory.• Arranging for the participation in the HK Asia World Expo on my own every year.• Taking care of all the goods inspection after the bulk production is out of the way.• Coordinating the container stuffing or truck stuffing that takes place in our factory.• Translating some necessary documents into English for the purpose of advertising.• Entertaining every client from far and near in our company booth in the trade fair.• Assisting to solve those problems for clients who complained about our products.
