- Lead and facilitate the review and discussion of promotional, medical, and internal sales/training materials for pharmaceutical companies, including during label updates and new product launches- Ensure all materials meet submission standards and have accurate and complete metadata in electronic review system prior to routing for committee review- Possess high-level understanding of client SOPs and proprietary review software configurations, act as subject matter/process expert and resource for involved team members including production specialists, copy editors, commercial project owners, and regulatory/medical/legal/compliance reviewers - Responsible for project logistics such as submission deadlines and weekly forecasting meetings- Create agendas for weekly review meetings and make adjustments to scheduling when necessary to make sure all materials are reviewed in a timely manner- Provide training to new coordinators, commercial team members, and agency partners on process, and onboard into necessary software programs- Conduct line-by-line copy editing and proof-reading quality checks, ensuring all committee-approved changes have been incorporated and no unsolicited changes have been made- Maintain client-specific documentation, drive engagement success by meeting or exceeding internal KPIs, prepare client deliverables, and maintain open lines of communication with key stakeholders
