As the Regional Marketing and Business Development Director (AMER) I am responsible fordeveloping, creating, activating, and measuring regional marketing programs and events todrive leads and to create compelling content. My goal is to activate our sales tools in an effort to create new business opportunities, deepen client relationships, and increased sales conversion.My Key responsibilities include: - Managing the development and implementation of regional marketing campaigns andactivities.- Optimizing and directing the presence of SGK at Industry and Client Conferences.- Managing and contributing to the creation of thought leadership content to support leadgeneration activities and to improve Client presentation materials.- Assisting in the creation of business development pitches/presentations/proposals with anemphasis on storytelling and a clear and concise narrative that differentiates SGK fromits competitors and incumbents and highlights our strategic and innovative solutions.

Manage and inspire the Creative team to create marketing materials to help raise brand awareness through multi-faceted national campaigns.- Design digital and print marketing materials for a variety of markets nationwide using the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop.- Develop the Creative direction and visuals for the look/tone/feel of our quarterly marketing campaigns.- Provide creative strategy to the Corporate team that includes quarterly reports, industry/market trends, engagement analytics, and membership growth.- Host training and continuing education webinars to help new employees and franchisors grow their client base with innovative marketing initiatives.- Create content specifically for social media to help grow and monetize following in accordance to social media updates and algorithms.- Educate franchise owners about the fundamentals of grassroots marketing and provide strategic collateral to help grow brand awareness in their markets (i.e brochures, window graphics, wraps, banners, and apparel).- Launched and curated an On-Demand platform for digital fitness classes during the pandemic when physical locations were closed.- Facilitated and strategized the Grand Opening from a creative perspective of 5 franchise locations across the US.
