I am the Associate Director - Sales Capabilities and Optimization within Sales Operations. A large portion of my time in the industry has been spent in sales in various capacities. My current role is focused on call planning, targeting, and alignment. I have experience in both training and operations and possess many leadership qualities developed over time. I have been able to grow in my coaching techniques and have the ability to improve sales skills within an organization. I am skilled in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Account Management, and Direct Sales. I am a goal oriented individual with proven success. I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) focused in Allied Health from Texas A&M University.
