At QLI, I oversaw communications for one of the country's leading centers of excellence in specialized rehabilitation. Believe me when I tell you that no two days were ever alike. Whether I was developing strategic messaging objectives or working with clinical experts, executive leaders, or patients and families to bring that messaging to life, every moment at QLI was focused on telling stories that matter. Stories of unstoppable human resilience and the life-changing impact of community generosity.To do this, I generated publication-quality written content; expanded a proactive corporate social media presence; built and executed media strategies locally and nationally, which often incorporated editorial content under my purview; led the production of creative projects across the company —including video and audio-based storytelling and even a new corporate mission statement; and, finally, connected with multimedia organizations and creators (bloggers, film crews, podcasters, et al.) — most notably, Academy Award-winning director Chloe Zhao during on-set production of the 2017 film The Rider.
