Initiated and led a digital transformation that moved all business processes from a legacy client server architecture to best in breed cloud solutions that enabled a 2x growth in revenue to 350M. Saved the company millions of dollars in annual operating expense by moving customer facing functions from costly human interactions to digital interactions. • Digital Transformation – Gained executive support to fund a multi-million dollar several phase project to migrate all business transactions from Peoplesoft CRM to Salesforce, Apttus, and Netsuite. The multi-phased project meets all milestone dates. • E-Commerce - Initiated and lead a e-commerce platform on top of the new business applications that drove new product offerings and new customer segments.• Customer/Partner Velocity – Developed new customer and partner portals that decreased support costs and increased the sales velocity of our partners. • Team Transformation – Developed a strategic business focused team (80+) by creating a centralized applications team, replacing poor performers, bringing in high-caliber resources while also using short-term specialist. • Product Migration – Led a migration strategy to move customers form legacy applications to the new business applications. Partnered closely with engineering to develop the technology strategy and customer migration phases. • Employee Focused – Transform the helpdesk function into an employee focused organization by measuring ticket resolution, removing poor performers and establishing a IT walk up bar.

Delivered key infrastructure and IT excellence that enabled hyper growth of $14M to $130M. Managed a global team of 20+ supporting 1K employees in over 9 countries. • Business Alignment –Assured all projects were aligned with business goals by organizing the team by function and instituting regular business meeting to ensure proper governance. Managed $5 million application budget.• Process Automation - Initiated and led process automation projects (30+) focusing on lead to cash, customer success, partner success and product provisioning. Initiated cross-functional project to create licensing model that increased revenue by $12M. Led and managed quote to cash initiative that streamlined ordering by 100+ hours per quarter.
