Human Resources Generalist
CurrentManage new employee onboarding, including processing of I-9 documentation, E-Verification, and background checks. Post and manage job information; maintain applicant files per federal and state requirements. Establish and maintain confidential employee records. Support with training and ongoing coaching for new employees. Ensure employee compliance with training, credentialing, and other role requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment laws including compliance requirements. Process unemployment claims, disability claims, and wage verifications. Partner with Director of HR in the disciplinary process, including conflict mediation and witness to terminations.
