SUSTAIN GP aggregates and optimizes the humanitarian supply chain, increasing the resources available for global humanitarian aid and development support. Sustain GP is a consortium created by leading NGO aid/development organizations World Vision and CARE, global transport and logistics suppliers UPS and TNT, consultant organizations Booz Allen Hamilton and Accenture, and academic institution Georgia Institute of Technology.

Designed and implemented a Board recruitment and development tool that kept directors focused on excellence in board members. Recruiting was much more successful in the succeeding years.

World Vision outgrew the ability to solve many global problems by picking up the phone while I was CFO. I designed and led the first phase of "Our Future", which created new governance models, shifted strategy paradigms, and began a culture of sharing services across the globe.
