I am seeking an opportunity to work with a team to utilize my skills as a well-trained and highly skilled educational leader for equity. During my 35-year career in Buffalo Public Schools, I have demonstrated great capacity as a team-oriented, intelligent, innovative, inspirational and equity-driven educational leader. I have documented success in working side-by-side, supervising and coaching teachers, assistant principals, principals, central office administrators and executive staff. I have expert skills in K-12 instructional methodology and the implementation of culturally relevant social and emotional supports for students and staff. I enthusiastically worked through the ranks as a special education teacher, building leader, principal coach, principal supervisor, and urban teacher and administrator pipeline liaison. I engage in many other duties that support the smooth operations of a mid-sized urban district. I thrive when I am on a team of high performers and look forward to new opportunities to work with like-minded equity warriors
