Build and develop public education programs, constantly creating new engaging ways of passing on the events and customs of the past. Craft interactive and hands-on displays, presentations, and projects for museum visitors and school fieldtrips. Orchestrate historical home tours. Interview, select, train, lead, organize, and schedule the History Connectors, the museum’s teen volunteer force. Coach and correct whenever necessary. Oversee five teen volunteers on a daily basis and sometimes over 15 for events in addition to being a point of contact and trainer for all adult volunteers. Structure all school tours and programs to ensure compliance with state guidelines. Key Contributions:  Rallied a record number of History Connectors, now including 40–45 teens.  Delved into the history of letter pressing and created an interactive, how-to letter-pressing program.  As a Guest Relations Representative, scribed rental contracts and arranged rental events of all sizes including the Midwest Soaring Pow Wow, a celebration of Native American Culture.  As a volunteer Building Interpreter, presented first-person presentations of historical figures and guided guests through historically significant homes.

Coordinated and organized embassy events and business forums. Created online content, such as videos and articles. Conducted interviews, annualized media content, wrote reports, and was responsible for the monthly newsletter.
