• Prescreening candidates and determine if candidates meet required and preferred qualifications and make recommendations to recruiter and/or hiring managers• Communicates with hiring managers and applicants throughout the hiring process, including coordination of interview scheduling, job offer and start dates• Inputs data accurately into Success Factors Applicant Tracking System and Excel to support applicant screening and tacking processes• Create and maintain personnel files and employee referral program• Conducts employment verification• Tracks and prepares weekly and monthly recruiting reporting• Reception relief – answering the phone, greeting and directing customers and visitors
