Started as an operator with Elite. Moved to manager over Torque & Test operators in South Texas after 2 years. Was also put in charge of the management of the 24-hour dispatch yard in Cuero TX. Successfully able to streamline costs and operations in South Texas. Bid jobs as well as went out to supervise employees on location sites.
