Current• Project team member responsible for the annual statewide Teacher recruitment campaigns: from advertising, planning interview questions and rubrics, coordinating statewide interviews and panel membership, booking venues, catering, vehicles, and accommodation, compiling applications and referees, completing selection panel report, providing feedback, evaluation, preparing correspondence and providing relocation assistance when required.• Managing the DECYP / Teach for Australia (TFA) contracts from 2016 to 2024: contract management and advice, budget submission, preparing correspondence and holding contract management meetings with TFA, preparing Minutes to the Secretary and providing data/statistics.• Management of Interoperability for DECYP: State Service Emergency Management Response.• Talent Acquisition: development and execution of marketing plans and advertising through www.jobs.tas.gov.au, newspapers, websites, spotify, seek, LinkedIn, internal notices and other sources.• Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP): providing advice on policy and process, application of the Dept of Justice RWVP portal - managing back-end system location information and granting access to DECYP staff.• Assessing individual compliance in relation to essential requirements for roles within DECYP through the application of the Teachers Registration Board, RWVP site, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment register and other fixed-term and relief employment registers.• HR Payroll (Empower) processing: position creation, reclassifying, relocation, abolishment, costing changes and experience in the planning and execution of organizational restructures within system.• PageUp System Platform – system administration creating and editing standard forms, documents, templates and communication within system, granting access, correspondence, creating reporting codes, submitting requests to fill vacancies, approving, generating employment documentation.
