I am a creative, organized and goal oriented individual known for thinking outside of the box. I want to use my education, extended work experience from corporate financial institutions and my cheerful personality to pursue a new career in medical coding and be an asset to your company. I have successfully completed classes in ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT and HCPCs coding and gained extensive knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology, Pathophysiology and Health Information Management. I will be receiving my diploma from Bidwell Training Center upon completion of my externship in July. Aside from this, I have received my bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, years ago. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I have also been trained in 3M and Optum and have a history of using and mastering multifaceted financial programs.My strengths highlight the ability to succeed in large companies as well as small offices. I have over 20 years of customer service experience in many fields that dealt with people on a personal and professional level. Therefore, I understand how to foster solid work relationships by acclimating and adapting with ease to any group setting. My ability to multi-task and extensive organizational skills allow me to accomplish and detail multiple assignments and tasks at once. I am also a self-motivated individual with an end goal always in mind.
