Vip Account Manager
Current- Evaluating and monitoring VIP players to ensure maximum life time value.- Reporting on and monitoring revenue value by segment for VIPs.- Owning responsibility for Revenue and engagement metrics for VIP players.- Regularly communicating with Product Managers on feature details for Zynga Slots Org. - Achieving a high quality of player satisfaction generated from VIP feedback reports.- Managing gifting budgets for VIP players dependent on level and spend.- Delivering insights from data gathered and relay to team and studio(s) - Resolving technical issues for VIP players utilizing internal tech teams.- Devising and conducting VIP player surveys as well as delivering insights on results to studio.- Setting up gift vendors with NaturalMotion internal departments.- Dealing with external companies to secure venues, events and trips for VIP players.- Coordinating and initiating reactivation campaigns to achieve reactivation goals.- Create strategy, implementation of campaigns to Studios in Austin and San Francisco- Representing NaturalMotion to our VIPs at face to face events.
