While being the lead administrator, I've worked with project staff on migration the previous Universities Jaggaer eProcurement solution from a "sandwich model" that consisted of mixture between Jaggaer's eProcurement module and a homegrown middleware software that integrated to an ERP system to a new in Jaggaer instance that now has an eProcurement module with over 40 enabled suppliers and has over 225,000 purchase orders annually, an accounts payable module that manages over 400,000 invoices, and is currently working on enabling the Research Materials Management, Sourcing, Contracts and Spend Analytics Modules. Expected release of the additional modules will be by the end of 2022.

During this time I oversaw 4 Customer Service staff while being the only administrator for a 3rd party eProcurement software (Jaggaer). During this time I assisted in implementing internal control changes, managed those changes on a campus and organizational level, built and maintained complex forms and workflows external from Jaggaer, provided in person and online training, and built the informational/ training websites for the eProcurement site.

Migrated the departments previous website to Wordpress and assisted in migrating a other departments websites in the same division to the same new platform. Coordinated the previous campus training videos from the Desire to Learn (d2l) platform to the Canvas platform and trained the existing training staff to manage that content. Also, coordinated the migration of the departments previous Phone system to the campus's new Cisco IP phone system
