My daily responsibilities consist of managing the production floor and see to it that all schedules are finished in the safest and the most efficient way while maintaining an excellent record in quality. I have to schedule the man hours to insure we get our orders out on time. Monitor and check off on exhaust recovery units to insure no release of harmful exhaust. Administer e-online safety test to my staff on a monthly basis. I also have continued the job responsibilities of Process Technician.

My responsibilities include, but not limited to, following and collecting data for trials. I help bring new machinery up to running status and involved in making sure they run to standard. I also still get some hands on time and will get out on the floor from time to time to operate machinery. Also I am ask to observe or supervise from time to time.
