The Brand Champion role is a dedicated brand resource in Kentucky, responsible for driving business and brand visibility for the Brown-Forman premium whiskey portfolio. The Brand Champion is an expert voice and face for the Brown-Forman whiskey brands. Responsibilities include:Brand Championship• Local implementation of national brand programs and development of regional opportunities to drive business with consumers and trade• Collaboration with the FMM, key distributor contacts, whiskey ambassadors, bartenders and mixologists, production/event organizers and key accountsKey Consumer and Account Development• Establish positive rapport with consumers by executing branded initiatives, events, sponsorship and partnership activation• Build relationships with trade that result in long term business development• Support Brown-Forman Family of Brands during key selling periodsPlanning and Evaluation• Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager to develop programs that leverage or localize national platforms and programs• Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders such as FMM, Greenhouse, Market Managers, legal, digital and social teams• Connect with multiple external contacts, including Production teams, Sponsorship partners, Media partners, Distributor, Retailers, Bartenders and wait staff, Promotion agencies, Consumers• Recap and share best practices from local activation and communicate competitive intelligence

The Bourbon Event Manager role serves to support Brown-Forman teams to execute activations throughout the state of Kentucky. The BEM manages event work flow from Brand teams, Community Relations, and local teams and communicates/assigns to execution teams. Primary Responsibilities & Activities:Brown-Forman Community Relations Event Management• Manage and coordinate all event commitments through BF Community Relations• Communicate with distributor on product/print needs• Build and maintain relationships with event planners, caterers, and venue contacts• Work with event planners, caterers, and venues on logistics and event details, including determining product selection and featured cocktailsKentucky Event Management (Non-Community Relations)• Manage and coordinate all Kentucky event commitments (trade, consumer, and commercial)• Filter and evaluate event opportunities• Coordinate personnel and point of sale needed for event execution, managing staffing as needed• Communicate with brand teams on execution expectations and brand standards• Work events in needed capacity as a brand ambassador, sampler, and/or event set-up• Conduct staff trainings as necessary• Ensure that Brown-Forman event standards are met and responsibility plan is in placeOther Responsibilities• Brand Media Appearances• Schedule and coordinate homeplace visits (Woodford Reserve Distillery, Jack Daniel’s Distillery, Brown Forman Cooperage) and special experiences for Kentucky/Indiana market needs• Train and manage Bourbon Event CoordinatorProduct Focus:Wooodford Reserve, Old Forester, Coopers' Craft, Jack Daniel's

The Bourbon Event Coordinator serves to support the current Brown-Forman teams (sales, marketing, brand, distillery, and corporate relations) with additional resources to help to execute local events, functions and activations throughout the state of Kentucky.Responsibilities include-Event Coordination:■ Scheduling of events■ Product Management■ Consumer sampling/pouring■ Coordinate Point of Sale materials■ Coordinate third party agency requirements■ Determine ambassador needs for specified events■ Coordinate all logistical needsCommunication and Alignment■ Ensure clear communication across BF channels (PR, Brand, distillery, sales, field marketing)Product Focus:■ Woodford Reserve, Old Forester, Jack Daniel's, Coopers' Craft
