Senior Integrated Media Manager
Current• Client Lead on various clients, led and was responsible for full-funnel media planning, managed & planned for annuals budgets between $25M - $75M across a variety of channels and departments.• Led a team of account managers and strategists across a handful of clients to achieve business goals and internal operational excellence. Led bi-annual reviews for said team.• Responsible for 2-4 direct reports; career growth pathing, assistance in day-to-day, & mentorship.• Accountable for campaign performance across our portfolio of channels: Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Spotify, Pandora, X, Programmatic display, CTV, D/OOH, partner (brand) relationships, OLV, and broadcast. • Accountable for overseeing the team on consumer/industry research, maintaining channel excellence (best practices & testing), and roadmapping channel goals to align with business goals.• Owned and oversaw media planning for activations across various objectives: eComm, Retail, Awareness, Consideration, Lead Gen, etc.• Led the digital team for my accounts, but worked closely with the Creative, Influencer, and Affiliate teams. Certain accounts involved collaborating with other agency teams for media planning for those accounts.• Owned & assisted with the following department initiatives: Hiring, Ad Operation Team, Invoicing, and Team Building.
