Experience Summary:Through multiple roles during my career, I have a wide range of experience, including: technical, management, leadership, process improvement, M&A, product development, internal and external supply chain. This includes 6 Sigma, LEAN, ISO-9001, MPS, DMAIC, and SPC - in addition to detailed knowledge of textile manufacturing technologies, supply chains, and acquisitions. I have held positions with direct and indirect management of up to 400 employees (both management and non-management associates) and have consistently reduced costs (manufacturing, quality, labor, indirect, direct) each year in my various roles (resulting in millions of dollars saved).
