Primary function is to serve as the company's point person in Marketo. Responsible for building and launching programs in Marketo to track user engagement across digital marketing channels including, email, social media, sponsored content, paid search, webinars and more. Report on campaign KPIs and make recommendations in both real time and after completion to gauge effectiveness and improve results. Helped to develop the company's first client-focused newsletters, which feature content unique to three audience segments. Work with company's CRM team to ensure data sync between Marketo and MS Dynamics is working properly.

Write, edit and produce internal and external communications and news releases. Develop and manage social media strategy in line with company standards. *In addition to continued Web Producer responsibilities, I am also responsible for serving as the website's sports contact for CBS’ corporate digital media office.*Work with 93-7 The Fan and NewsRadio 1020 KDKA staff to implement and improve radio content on CBSPittsburgh.com. *Work with both local and national sales departments to design and build various web pages to meet advertisers' needs. *Developed and executed new content in the form of musician interviews (text and video) and slideshows for CBS Pittsburgh and CW Pittsburgh websites.

*Covered Morris County high school sports and other sporting events.*Wrote sports recaps and feature articles on local celebrities as well as exceptional players from Morris County.*Recorded statistics from area sporting events to run the next day in "The Game" section of the newspaper.
