I have had the pleasure of representing local startups raise more than $10MM in seed-stage investments and public companies raise $100MM+ in growth stage investments. This broad background allows me to provide insights to early-stage companies about how best to position themselves for investment rounds and business sales.My practice encompasses a wide range of corporate matters including complex shareholder agreements, debt and equity financing, corporate governance, as well as mergers and acquisitions. In addition, my work with technology companies has included terms and conditions of use, privacy policies, and intellectual property licensing agreements as well as software development, independent contractor, consultant and nondisclosure agreements.
