Liaise with Mortgage Insurers to gain approval.▪ Pre-checking the security documents, prepare settlement instructions and advising settlement agents for complex discharge matters including partials and substitution matters.▪ Assisted my team by drawing process flow maps for various functions within the team. This has dramatically increased output of new starters and these documents are being used for further cross training within the team. ▪ Knowledge and application of compliance and legislative requirements▪ Identifying process gaps to minimise risk▪ Providing accurate and timely business security documents to our Business Partners.▪ Reviewing and input information for system generated loan documentation, ensuring all data is accurate▪ Collating customer loan documentation from all production systems and check for accuracy and quality prior to dispatch to customer▪ Identifying and preparing non-system generated documentation, ensuring all data required is accurate, by using systems such as SLS, Docbot and Word legal templates.▪ Preparation of documents through legal help or solicitors for complex matters▪ Receiving customer executed documentation, check for correct execution and identify the need for any rework▪ Determining settlement/ draw-down/ stamping/ registration requirements based on the deal circumstances.
