I am heading up the team responsible for Oticon's portfolio currently in the market. This includes optimization of the customer experience at multiple touchpoints and ensuring an ideal product portfolio offering in the market place.The team is part of a wider organization responsible for products in the development phase, research, marketing definition, communication, planning and execution.As Director at Milestone Systems my role was to optimize the performance of the sales organization together with the team I was leading. Through tools improvement, training development and execution, sales strategy definition and rollout, business insights, channel management and a variety of business development initiatives we lead several projects that improve and fulfil our business potential. I had a team of great people with different focus but the same overall objective to support our business and execute the strategy. These team members had ownership of Salesforce, bid strategy, business development, tools support, sales strategy, financial insights, channel partner management, strategic projects and global process development. In my previous company Napatech, my role as Strategy and Business Director took me through several exciting assignments including alignment and refinement of Napatech’s corporate strategy and the overall framework here for as well as defining a new product proposition which was subsequently adding to the portfolio and I was part of the team preparing the company for what was later a successful IPO. The role also included definition of strategic roadmaps, portfolio planning, key account initiatives, market research and analysis. My career with Motorola Solutions has been focused on roles in the disciplines of Product Management and Business Development, providing me with experience within market research, concept development, launch planning, business case development, competitive intelligence, value based selling amongst others.
