Delegate and balance workload to Transaction Management Team, run weekly team meetings and assess trade allocation and transaction volume for a team of approximately 7 people. In conjunction with the Transaction Management Settlements Supervisor, act as a positive leader to the team while communicating expectations mandated from higher management.Act as a center of expertise for TCM’s participation in the CCC U.S. Government GSM-102 program.Oversee the KYC and Corporate Capacity functions for all customers in the Americas.Responsible for releasing cash payments and signing for various entities in TCM.Provide performance feedback for the Transaction Management team as a whole and each analyst individually.
