My e-Learning career at AliveTek began in August 2004 as a graphic designer for the web and e-Learning specialist. During these years I developed Flash interactions, HTML-based courses, narrated presentations, PPT templates, graphics, course layouts, and so much more. When working for a small company like AliveTek, you must wear many hats. These days I lead the technical team by holding daily scrums, managing new implementations, maintaining timelines/budgets, managing helpdesk support across all clients and LMS platforms, communicating with clients, ensuring Section 508 compliance, and all of the other fun stuff that comes with project management. But wait, there's more! I'm still developing Storyline presentations, designing templates, creating marketing materials (web and print), designing websites/LMS course components, and recently started dipping my toe into other aspects of marketing. I'm also the unofficial project historian. Need to know about a past project? I'm your gal.While I wear many hats and perform a wide array of duties, I don't work alone. I couldn't perform my job as well if it were not for an amazing team of executives, sales, instructional designers, content writers, developers, IT, graphic artists and more!
