Led project to benchmark BCACC against major associations in Canada, identifying member service gaps, new marketing opportunities, and clearer business direction. Used market research to identify online spaces to promote and market BCACC, resulting in several partnerships being formed. Utilized market data to identify a new unique proposition value to attract members and propose an alternative revenue stream.

Re-designed work processes that enabled the teams to generate more content, meet tight deadlines, and overcome pre-existing obstacles. I also supported the management and the media team to win the award for top language school in Vancouver by planning and executing several campaigns that increased engagement and interest among stakeholders. As the lead copywriter, I worked cross-functionally to keep stakeholders informed about key updates as well as created a variety of content for the school's marketing materials (e.g. brochures, website, e-newsletters, social media, paid ads, scripts, etc.).

As the led marketing strategist, I’ve planned and executed numerous go-to-market campaigns for the MOSAIC Employment, Language, and Social Enterprise programs which have significantly increased product interest, registration, and retention among clients. Provided effective and efficient administrative support for multiple large-scale projects occurring simultaneously, enabling project goals to be met. As a result of my work, I was offered the opportunity to become the main proposal writer for an employment pilot project which we later won. I also designed and implemented traditional and digital marketing strategies for four WorkBC centres and two of MOSAIC's major events, resulting in standardized marketing procedures and increased registration numbers. Because of my involvement in the marketing area, I was ultimately put in charge of the social media marketing strategies for all the major employment department events.
