The experience underscored the value of adaptability and teamwork in meeting demanding circumstances head-on.•Analyze and research gifts and donor’s historical record to determine appropriate designations to which the gift should be processed •Reconciled and organized 6 months’ worth of backlog transactions, and perform daily reconciliation•Streamlined membership data cleansing by building an Excel template and implementing Power Query to reduce time spent on task by 30% •Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage high volume of inquiries, i.e., creating control reports, updating donor information, and merging duplicate records•Identify database process inefficiencies and create procedure documentation with alternative solutions•Train new hire in data cleanup utilizing Excel template and Power Query, in membership processing, and in reconciling financial reports •Use Excel's functionalities, i.e., formulas, functions, and PivotTables to manipulate and organize data to meet specific requirements•Export data and process daily membership processing and donor fund transactions via Raiser's Edge and Ticketure•Audit current and historical payments to resolve any discrepancies Show less
