During my leadership as President of the Zeta Sigma Chapter, reigning from June to December 2022, I oversaw rigorous membership procedures, evaluated applications, conducted interviews, and guided the training of 150 individuals. I led executive meetings, maintained communication with national leaders, managed programming, and organized operations. In the capacity of Internal Audit Chairperson, I served from October 2020 to June 2022. I also held the role of Social Media Manager, fostering a following of over 4,800 from October 2020 to December 2022.

As an HR assistant intern, I effectively registered payee ID numbers, grant contracts, and Foreign National Information Addendum paperwork on behalf of medical students participating in the Humana Institute's Summer Research Program. During my tenure, the organization was understaffed, and I was able to alleviate the workload of the Administrative Assistant. In this capacity, I collaborated with the Director, Co-Leads, and Administrative Staff to ensure a smooth execution of these assigned processes.Prior to this role, I served as a graphic design contractor for the College of Medicine and the Humana Institute. This professional relationship afforded me the opportunity to undertake compensation functions for their department.

As an organized professional with an eye for accuracy, I have experience managing and organizing large amounts of data and information to ensure smooth and efficient operations. In my previous role as a data management specialist at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work, I was responsible for acquiring and sorting information and data. This included the addresses and contact information of about 100 graduate schools around the country.
